Q. Will my account number(s) remain the same?
A.
In most cases your account number(s) will not be changing. However, if a change to an account number is necessary, you will be contacted by Commercial National Bank (CNB) in a separate letter that will include your new account number.

A.
The CNB routing and transit number is 111303489.
q. Can i use my current checks?
A.
You will continue to use your current Anthem Bank & Trust checks prior to the acquisition date. After the acquisition date, you will not be able to use your Anthem Bank & Trust checks. Upon request, CNB will provide a basic order of checks at no charge up to 30 days after the acquisition date.
q. Will I receive a new ATM and/or debit card?
A:
Yes. Prior to the acquisition, you will receive a new chip-enabled debit card.
q. What will happen with my debit card payments?
A:
Automatic payments from your Anthem Bank & Trust Debit Card will no longer process after the acquisition. You will receive a CNB debit card at least one week prior to the acquisition.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you have automatic payments processed through your Anthem Bank & Trust Debit Card, for instance, any health club, memberships, Netflix, or Hulu accounts, be sure to provide your new CNB Debit Card account number to your service providers after the acquisition date to avoid interruption with your service. |
q. Will CNB continue to automatically deduct payments from my account?
A:
There will be no interruption in any automatic payments or direct deposits from/to your checking or savings account for 90 days. Within these first 90 days, you will be required to contact the recipient regarding your routing number change to ensure uninterrupted payments. |
q. What will happen to the direct deposit of my payroll, Social Security, pension, or government payments into my account?
A:
Direct deposit of payroll, Social Security, pension, or government payments will automatically continue after the acquisition for 90 days. Within these first 90 days you will be required to update the routing number on your direct deposit arrangements to ensure uninterrupted deposits. |

A:Yes. You will receive a mailing from us with instructions on how to get started with CNB Online Banking. |
A: Yes. CNB offers mobile banking with mobile check deposit. |
A: After the acquisition, you will have access to 90 days of Anthem Bank & Trust transaction history in online banking. For your records, we recommend that before the acquisition you print or download copies of all your eStatements and online banking transaction history. |
